 My older hot tub developed a leak in one of the pipes so I called the Spa Warehouse for a replacement pipe. Daniel took the call and took the time to insure I was getting the right part. A call or two later, along with some exchanged pictures the part was on it’s way. I was very pleased to get the right part, and pleased that Daniel took the time to insure my satisfaction. Shopped all around the Puget Sound for a new spa cover, I found a great cover in stock for  much less that other Spa stores and Richard and Dale were friendly, quick, and a pleasure to do business with. Dale and Spa Warehouse have gone out of their way in taking care of all of my needs after the initial installation of my hot tub. He is absolute the most honest and helpful merchant i have dealt with in a long time. Not to mention, as a Pastor of a church, Dale has provided our church, on several occasions, a loaner tub in order to do baptisms (because our facility doesn’t have a baptismal fount). I recently bought a used spa from a private party. When I hooked it up it had a FLOW code. With a little research I found out that was usually the circulation pump. I remembered I live a minute away from The Spa Warehouse and figured I would give them a try. I walked in ten minutes to closing, MONEY IN HAND ready to drop a couple hundred dollars on a new pump. That’s when I met Dale. I told him my story and he asked me to hand him the pump behind me, I did so and tossed my card on the counter ” ILL TAKE IT” I had a housewarming party in a few days and was in a hurry. To my surprise he would not let me buy the pump. Instead he explained that debris gets in the impeller on some pumps causing them to not work properly. He then took the time to show me how to clean my pump and repair it myself. OK now i really want to spend money this guy just saved me a couple hundred dollars so i start gathering stuff.” I NEED A NEW FILTER, CHEMICALS,A BUBBLE TYPE COVER THING,” again he won’t let me buy anything. “LETS MAKE SURE THAT FIXES YOUR PROBLEM BEFORE YOU GO SPENDING MONEY ON ACCESSORIES” I work for Harley-Davidson Managing the service department and this is BY FAR the best customer service I have ever seen. Needless to say they have a lifelong customer. Thank You Dale my party was a hit. –George Barnes

Called them today after the company that sold my hot tub to me is to busy to answer questions on the phone and only wanted to call me back. Went into store Richard greeted me with my name and was extremely helpful on his very first day. Dale was very kind with advice and they both took time to help and answer all my questions. We love our spa. When we got it, we assumed we would use it a lot, but we have exceeded our expectations. We use it in the winter and the summer. When it snows, the spa is excellent. In the summer, we turn the temperature down and can spend an evening enjoying the spa. –Zach, Westminster, CO

Our spa has been everything we had hoped for. The foot massage feature is great. Our granddaughters love the waterfall. The water temperature never falls below where we set it, and gets only a few degrees warmer on a very hot day. We were surprised at the minimal impact on our electric bill. –Jeff, Brandon, FL
